Lumen Grimoire: Reflection ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is developed by XRK Dev. Lumen Grimoire is a daily reflection practice — a quiet moment with yourself, where what you write summons a Companion from a 366-archetype illuminated codex of original dark-fantasy art. An optional AI reflection companion (Pythia) weaves Stories, Chapters, and Whispers around your entries. The Lens is a separate optional feature that uses tarot iconography as a journaling overlay. It is a tool for personal reflection and journaling, not divination or fortune-telling.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (and don't collect), how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. By using Lumen Grimoire, you agree to the practices described here.

1. 🌙 Summary — Data We Do NOT Collect

Lumen Grimoire has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• 📛 Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
• 📍 Your GPS location or precise location data
• 📸 Your photos, camera feed, or microphone data
• 💓 Your health, biometric, or financial information
• 🆔 Your device advertising identifier (IDFA)
• 📊 Analytics tied to your individual identity
• 🕸️ Browsing history, app usage outside Lumen Grimoire, or cross-app tracking data

2. 📱 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Your reflections, journal entries, encountered Companions, Pythia-woven Stories, Lens cards, weekly Chapters, favorites, mood tags, daily and weekly streaks, preferences, your chosen first name (used only on-device to personalize the experience), and cached AI-generated content from the Pythia features (Stories, Lens reflections, Whispers, Patterns, Chapters) are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and standard local app storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device except when you explicitly use the Pythia AI features and only the data described in Section 3
• Is not synced to any cloud service in version 1.0 (iCloud sync is planned for a future version)
