💎 Purchases not appearing?

Try restoring purchases by going to Settings within the app. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then restart the app.

📱 Game not loading?

Make sure you're running iOS 17.6 or later. To check: go to Settings → General → About on your device. If you're on an older version, update your device and try again.

🔇 No sound?

Check that your device isn't on Silent Mode (the switch on the side of your iPhone). Also check that the in-game sound settings are turned on.

🏆 Game Center not syncing?

Make sure you're signed into Game Center: Settings → Game Center. If scores aren't syncing, try signing out and back in, then relaunch Orbit Lock.

🔔 Not receiving notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications → Orbit Lock and make sure notifications are enabled. Orbit Lock schedules all notifications locally — no account needed.
